Where are my orders being fulfilled from?
All orders placed on THIS website is being fulfilled by our reliable printing partner, Cottony in Singapore.
Do you ship to outside of Singapore?
Yes, we do ship outside of Singapore to selected countries.
How much is shipping?

How fast will i received my order after making payment.
Printing and processing takes 7 working days +/- depending on the queue for print upon confirmation of receipt of payment. Thereafter it will depend on your choice of delivery. If you should need the item urgently, do contact us before placing an order. See below.
Why 7 working days +/-?
The reason for 7 working days +/- is very simple, when an order is placed, Cottony will order the blanks for the order which typically arrives in 3-4 working days. Upon arrival, it will be queued to print. Cottony do have in stock blanks, however the price point is higher which means if choose those in stock blanks for printing, then YOU will be paying a lot more than what you are paying now. That said, if you are ok with paying a higher price due to urgency, contact us before placing an order and we will create a link for you to place the order.
I wish to self collect, any options?
There is no self collection option available.
Do you have a physical retail shop?
We do not have a physical retail shop, rent in Singapore is expensive.
Why is the print on my apparel bigger/smaller than what is shown on the website?
All visuals on our website are digital mockups and our apparel are DTG printed, thus the print might appear bigger or small depending the size you choose,
What is your return/exchange policy like?

I want something but i don't have the funds yet, can you reserve for me?
We do not have a reservation policy but the apparel are always available. Right here waiting for you.
I need to know the measurement of the apparel.
Measurements of the apparel is available on all product pages, below the Add To Cart button. Please note that our T-Shirts are of Asian sizing and our Muscle Tanks are of US sizing. Kindly refer to sizing chart before placing an order.
I am making payment but why is the payment to Cottony?
Cottony is our printing partner and they will be handling payment for us while we concentrate on creating more unique Sinkaporeans designs.
